Christian Fredrik Eggesbø is the Founder and CEO of Six Robotics, leading its mission to multiply operational capabilities and accelerate the transition to robotic warfare. He previously served as a Special Forces Operator in the Norwegian Armed Forces and later managed advanced R&D projects at NORSOF and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI). Christian also holds a degree in computer science and economics from the University of Oslo.

Cecilie Hammer is Chief Operating Officer at Six Robotics, responsible for scaling operations and ensuring disciplined execution. She previously worked in management consulting with Kearney and Cardo Partners, advising clients on strategy, business models, and profit improvements. Cecilie is recognized for combining analytical insight with practical solutions that strengthen profitability and support sustainable growth. She holds a Master’s in Finance from NHH.

Jan Dyre Bjerknes is Chief Technology Officer at Six Robotics, responsible for the technical roadmap and research agenda that make resilient swarm autonomy and scalable robotics defence systems operationally viable. He earned a PhD in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence from Bristol Robotics Laboratory, has taught robotics, and spent over a decade at Kongsberg in senior engineering and leadership roles.

Knut Klonteig Nielsen is Chief Financial Officer at Six Robotics, overseeing financial strategy and growth. He co-founded Alva Industries and has raised capital and secured public and EU funding as CFO for several technology companies. Knut holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from NTNU, with additional studies at Boston University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mathias Nedrebø is Senior Vice President of Engineering at Six Robotics, leading software development and platform architecture. He previously scaled the software department in Zivid from company inception until Zivid reached 100 employees and later served as Principal Engineering Manager at reMarkable. Mathias holds an MSc in Mathematics from NTNU.
