Christian Fredrik Eggesbø is the Founder and CEO of Six Robotics, leading its mission to multiply operational capabilities and accelerate the transition to robotic warfare. He previously served as a Special Forces Operator in the Norwegian Armed Forces and later managed advanced R&D projects at NORSOF and the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI). Christian also holds a degree in computer science and economics from the University of Oslo.

Mathias Nedrebø is the Chief Technology Officer at Six Robotics, leading software development and platform architecture. He previously scaled the software department in Zivid from company inception until Zivid reached 100 employees and later served as Principal Engineering Manager at reMarkable. Mathias holds an MSc in Mathematics from NTNU.

Cecilie Hammer is the Chief Operating Officer at Six Robotics, responsible for scaling operations and ensuring disciplined execution. She previously worked in management consulting with Kearney and Cardo Partners, advising clients on strategy, business models, and profit improvements. Cecilie is recognized for combining analytical insight with practical solutions that strengthen profitability and support growth. She holds a Master’s in Finance from NHH.

Oscar Heyden is Chief Financial Officer at Six Robotics, leading financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term planning. He brings a decade of experience from management consulting and investment banking, most recently as a Principal and founding member of BearingPoint Capital. Oscar holds a Master’s from IE Business School, a Bachelor’s from Grenoble Ecole de Management, and finance specialisation from Harvard.

Kristine Angeltvedt is Head of People & Communication at Six Robotics, leading people strategy, internal operations, and company narrative. She previously served as VP Operations and Partner at Amby and brings eight years of experience from management consulting, specialising in organisational development, leadership enablement, and communication. She holds a Master’s from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor’s in HR and Leadership.

Ole Jørgen Seeland is the Head of Product at Six Robotics, leading the translation of operational needs into scalable autonomy products. He previously spent seven years at Teledyne FLIR, where he led the development of the Black Hornet 4 nano-UAV. He also founded autonomous drone company Staaker. He brings experience across product strategy and engineering leadership. He holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from NTNU, with additional studies at Boston University.

Agnes Vikar-Lajter is the Recruitment Lead at Six Robotics, driving talent acquisition and people analytics. She previously worked across multiple European markets in technical recruitment, talent strategy, and communication roles at EPAM Systems, and ABAX. She is known for building scalable hiring processes and elevating candidate experience. She holds a degree in Hebrew Language & Literature from Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
